New entry for James B. Abraham Stadium

Chris Johnson and David Ausburn of Delk Construction work on the new south entrance to James B. Abraham Stadium early Wednesday morning. The stadium sign was originally on the north end of the stadium near the old high school. The new entry will be the paid gate on the sound end of the stadium. The old ticket booth near the Junior ROTC building will be the pass gate. According to the Lonoke School District, a limited number of parking spots for senior citizens will be available inside the north end of the stadium. Once those spots are filled, no cars will be allowed inside. However, the gate will remain open for walk-up admission. This year, admission is $4 for adults and $3 for students, which is good for both high school and junior high football games. (Photo by Mark Buffalo)
