Homecoming festivities set

The 2013 Lonoke High School and Junior High Homecoming festivities are being held this week inside the Gina Cox Center and on the field at James B. Abraham Stadium.

Emily Brewer is the junior high homecoming queen. Her escort is Ricky Nichols.

Brewer will be crowned today in the Gina Cox Center. Coronation starts at 2:30 p.m. The evening celebration begins at 6 p.m. prior to the Junior Jackrabbits’ game with Southside Batesville.

Haylee Whitehurst is the high school homecoming queen. Her escort is Kody Smith.

Whitehurst will be crowned Friday in the Gina Cox Center. Coronation starts at 1:30 p.m.

The evening ceremony starts at 6 p.m. prior to the Jackrabbits’ game with Newport.

The Lonoke High School Homecoming Parade starts at 4 p.m.
