The Carlisle Bison dropped two conference games, falling to Marvell 75-49 on Tuesday and Brinkley 56-21 on Friday.
In the loss to Marvell, Carlisle got off to a good start, trailing 19-14 after one quarter and 35-20 at halftime.
The Mustangs then outscored the Bison 30-9 in the third quarter to pull away for the win.
Cole Sheets led the Bison with 20 points. Brynden Weems had 16. Nick Schafer scored six. Lewis Bunch had three. Chance Richards and Stefan Reed had two.
Against Brinkley, the Bison gave up an 18-0 run in the first quarter in a 56-21 loss to Brinkley on Friday.
Carlisle trailed 5-0 when Sheets scored with 6:56 left in the first quarter to make the score 5-2. From there, the Tigers scored 18 consecutive points to lead 23-2. Schafer hit the first of two three-pointers in the second quarter to make the score 23-5. The Bison trailed 26-8 after one quarter.
Brinkley scored the first six points of the second quarter before Sheets hit 1 of 2 free throws with 4:45 left to make the score 32-9. The Bison trailed 38-12 at halftime and 48-17 after three quarters.
Schafer led the Bison with 11 points. Sheets had four. Dominic Castleberry had three. Weems added two free throws.
The Carlisle Junior Bison led early but fell to Brinkley 43-30 on Friday night.
Carlisle led 4-0 and 11-5 after the first quarter. Brinkley outscored Carlisle 14-5 in the second quarter to lead 19-15 at halftime.
Zach Caviness led Carlisle with 11 points. Jamarious Harper added seven. Mitch Lewis and Drake Adams scored three each. Scoring two each were Carson Cunningham and Caleb Parker. Jermyne Williamson added a free throw.
The Junior Bison played tough against Guy-Perkins on Monday but fell 48-23.
Garnelle Harris led Carlisle with 10 points. It was his first game since hurting his leg against England in the season opener in November.
Lewis and Williamson had four points each. Caviness scored three while Ivey Hill had two.
