Carlisle Mayor Ray Glover, by proclamation, declared February 2016 as “Follow your heart to our library month” in Carlisle on Monday afternoon. In honor of the celebration, staff and members of “friends of the library” dressed in a Wizard of Oz themed costumes. Friends of the library membership applications are available at the Carlisle library, 105 East 5th Street. Cost is $10 for an individual per year, $20 for family per year, $125 for corporations per year or $125 for an individual lifetime membership. (Photo by Allison Goodman)
