CHS students attend AASC State Conference

David Miller presents Carlisle High School with the Citizenship Project Award at the AASC State Conference at Paris High School. The project was the Veteran’s Day program sponsored by Student Council. Accepting the award is Kaila Burton. [Submitted]

Danny Collie, executive Director of AASC, presents Carlisle High School with a Gold member award. A school earns a gold award when they accumulate 13 points for activities within AASC. Attending conferences, hosting a regional meeting, running for an AASC office, and contributing $500 to the AASC state charity are some of the ways Carlisle worked to earn the award.
