Lindsey Strickland was one of four Arkansas high school students to attend the National Student Council Conference in Orlando, Fla., on June 27-29. Strickland will be a senior at Carlisle High School this school year and is the Student Council President. She is the daughter of Darrell and Millie Strickland.
