Library holds toddler time weekly

This past week, The Carlisle Public Library held a soup themed toddler time. Stories read by Branch Manager Lynnette Ward were “Button Soup” adapted by Walt Disney, “Chicken Soup” by Jean Van Leeuwen, and “Duck Soup” by Jackie Urbanovic. Pictured as some of the vegetables are: Asher Ward, Tripp Cotner, Tensley Loftis, and Gage Hunt. The Carlisle Public Library holds toddler time each Wednesday at 10 am. Children learn early literacy skills while having fun. Any age not in school are welcome to participate. Don’t forget your library also offers FREE Wi-Fi and E-books. The Carlisle Public library is open Monday and Tuesday 9 a.m.-6 p.m.; Wednesday and Thursday 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. ;Friday 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
