Chambers Nursing Home news

Hello from Chambers Nursing & Rehab Center! We hope everyone is getting ready for Christmas. We’ve been busy at the nursing home. Here’s the activities for Dec 1-7:

Saturday, Dec. 1, Landmark Baptist Church came for their weekly visit and we played dominoes.

Sunday, Dec. 2, Lonoke Baptist Church came for Sunday School and Mt. Zion United Methodist came for a visit that evening.

Monday, Dec. 3, we had Bible study with Tumarshal Adkins and Carrie Polk. We were decorating halls that afternoon and the Trinity Chapel Kids’ Choir entertained us.

Tuesday, Dec. 4, we had Exercise Class and finished decorating the halls.

Wednesday, Dec. 5, Chatter Club met and we enjoyed Christmas and cocoa that afternoon.

Thursday, Dec. 6, we had exercise class and played Bingo. The big winner was Jo Flynn.

Friday, Dec. 7, we had a visit from the Foot Doctor and played dominoes.

Our prayers are with the families of Beatrice Gable, Ruthie Craig, Luella Burleson and Dorothy Harr at their times of loss.

May God bless you and keep you safe throughout the holidays.
