Options Pregnancy Center has opened a fourth location, adding Jacksonville to Centers operating at Beebe, Cabot and Lonoke. The Jacksonville Center, in a former church building at 1409 Madden Rd., gives OPC a way to broader community outreach by using the auditorium for events that can bring in national speakers, executive director Vikki Parker, remarked. There will also be more educational, medical and support that can be based in the Center, she said.
