The winning design for an Autism specialty license plate is by John Dodd of Cabot. According to information from Arkansas Autism Resource and Outreach Center, more than 50 designs were submitted with five finalists sent to members of the Arkansas Legislature to make the final choice. AAROC is in the process of collecting 500 signatures needed to begin production of the specialty plate.
