‘Hot Spots’ promote summer reading

Cabot School District summer library program “Hot Spots,” to encourage reading while school is out for the summer, will continue to Aug. 1, except the first week of July.

Each elementary school will host a session each week, highlighting authors and subjects for different age levels.

Monday - Central Elementary, 36 Pond St. - noon to 1 p.m.

Tuesday - Magness Creek Elementary, 16150 Arkansas Highway 5 - 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Stagecoach Elementary, 850 South Stagecoach Road - 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Northside Elementary, 814 West Locust St. - 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Westside Elementary, 1701 South Second St. - 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday - Southside Elementary, 2600 South Pine St. - 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (June 26, July 17, July 31)

Ward Central Elementary, 1570 Wilson Loop Rd., Ward - noon to 1 p.m.

Thursday – Mountain Springs Elementary, 3620 Mountain Springs Rd. - 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Southside Elementary, 2600 South Pine St. - 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (July 11, July 25)

Eastside Elementary, 17 Bellamy St. - 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
