Benefit fish supper is May 4

The Oak Grove Cemetery Benefit fish fry is May 4 from 4-7 p.m. at the Hicks Family Farm, 184 Laister Road.

To get to the farm, go one mile south of the cemetery and turn right on Lasiter. The farm is on the right.

Fish, chicken and all the trimmings will be served.

AA meetings listed in Cabot; new meeting place

The Cabot chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous holds meetings several times a week. The meetings also have a new place.

The meetings will now be held at 502 Richie Road in Cabot.

Meetings on Tuesdays start at 8 p.m. and are closed.Wednesday meetings are closed at 7 p.m. Friday night meetings start at 8 p.m. and are open. A Saturday morning meeting is held at 10 a.m. and is open for its Big Book study.

Al-Ateen meetings are held each Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. with Al-Anon meetings at 7 p.m. at Our Savior Lutheran Church, 301 Pine St., Cabot.
