With the 19th Airlift Wing’s newest, and last, C-130J as a backdrop, Jacksoville mayor Gary Fletcher presents Gen. Carlton Everheart II, commander Air Mobility Command, with a key to the city to mark the event. Everheart piloted the C-130 Hercules from the Lockheed-Martin plant in Georgia, where it was built, to Little Rock Air Force Base.
